OUR MINISTRIES
We offer many different avenues by which you may receive ministry, or serve others by using the spiritual gifts God has given you. Hopefully in the list below you will find a ministry that is just right for you.
Music & Worship Arts
For those inclined toward music, acting, signing, poetry or dramatic readings, there is an opportunity to use those talents in our church.
If you like to sing or play a musical instrument, we would love to have you be a part of our music ministry!
Media and Technology
We use state-of-the-art equipment in our worship services, and are always looking for tech-savvy folks to help us make it run smoothly.
Handyman Team
There is always a need for those who know their way around building, construction, and power tools to help maintain our facilities. Throughout the year we have all sorts of projects underway, and would love to have you be a part of a work team.
Missions
We have a very active missions team, and we provide assistance to people around the world through our efforts and funding. We sponsor missions trips to other countries, send emergency packages and school supplies to those in need, and raise funds to support our more than 600 Church of the Nazarene missionaries worldwide.
Youth
We have a vibrant community of young people who have fun, worship and share together on a weekly basis. Wednesday evening's youth activities begin with an open funtime, snacks and recreation in our full-sized gym or sand-pit volleyball court. The evening then transitions into the actual teen L.I.F.E.! program, where they spend time playing object-lesson games, worshipping and sharing in small-groups, and praying together.
Children
Throughout the year we provide children with the opportunity to learn the Bible and socialize in a hands-on environment. Year-round on Wednesdays we offer Kid's Life, a fun experience for children nursery through 5th grade. This interactive program teaches Bible truths by using songs, games and a weekly lesson from Scripture. Each Sunday morning we provide aged-based Children's classes (Sunday School) and nursery care for children under 2 years old.
Prayer
Our church has several corporate prayer times each week, where we come together to intercede for the needs of those who are sick, shut-in, or facing especially challenging personal circumstances. All are welcome to participate in these prayer groups, but no one is asked to or expected to pray out loud unless they desire to do so.
Connect Team
We are a welcoming church, and are always looking for outgoing, friendly people to help with the greeting, hospitality, and networking ministries of the church. If you are a people-person and want to help others get connected with the church, the connect team might be the place for you.
