Preschool Tuition

(Updated July 2019 for the 2019–2020 school year)

 

K3 Tuition

  • Deposit - $140.00 per child, due at registration. This deposit activates your account and reserves your child's placement. 

  • Family Discount - $252 per family for 2 or more children enrolled, due at registration.

  • Tuition - $260 per month, paid monthly  (The first payment is due at enrollment, and every 1st of the month through May.)

 

K4 Tuition

  • Deposit - $140.00 per child, due at registration. This deposit activates your account and reserves your child's placement. 

  • Family Discount - $252 per family for 2 or more children enrolled, due at registration.

  • Tuition - $320 per month, paid monthly  (The first payment is due at enrollment, and every 1st of the month through May.)

  • Deposit and tuition fees are to be made payable to Pierpont Christian Preschool.  Checks may be brought to the school or mailed to: Pierpont Christian Preschool, 52 Harner Run, Morgantown, WV 26508   

  • NOTE: (Please include student's name & class/session on the check)

  • If tuition has not been paid by the 15th of the month, a notice will be sent home as a reminder of balance due.

     

  • If, after the 20th of the month, tuition has not yet been paid and you have not contacted the preschool director, a $25.00 late fee is automatically added to your account and must be paid with your outstanding balance.

     

  • If tuition payment is 30 days past due, the school may temporarily dismiss your child until the account is made current.  It is our desire that this would never happen.

     

  • We realize that some families may encounter financial difficulties, which may jeopardize your account status. If this case arises, please contact the preschool director immediately, as we are willing to work with each family on an individual basis.

     

  • Pierpont Church of the Nazarene supports the preschool and is a ministry resource for the entire family. If a family becomes active and consistently participates (at least 6 to 12 consecutive months) with the Pierpont Church community of worship, they may become eligible to receive a Church Involvement Award, which is assessed by the preschool director and preschool board.

     

  • Each semester, fundraisers are held in order to raise money for the enhancement of the overall preschool program and facility. The average family can expect to contribute about $100 to $150 per semester.Family participation is strongly encouraged because it builds rapport within the preschool families and in the community; however, parents may choose to utilize the “buy out” option. At the end of the calendar year, tax donation receipts are provided by request.

     

  • No adjustments in tuition are made for absences due to illness, school closings due to inclement weather, holidays, or field trips.

     

  • There is a $35.00 fee on all returned checks. If a check has returned, all payments thereafter will be required in cash or money order.

     

All fees are non-refundable.
